Kingdom Particle Board is crafted from rubberwood chips sourced from trees that can no longer produce latex, making it an eco-friendly choice that reduces agricultural waste. The manufacturing process involves compressing the wood chips with synthetic resin under high heat and pressure to form a sturdy, uniform panel. The board features a three-layer construction: the top and bottom layers have a fine, smooth texture, ideal for painting, laminating, or veneering, while the middle layer consists of coarser wood chips, providing structural stability while maintaining a visibly rougher texture.
